Aunt Sarah Comes to Town 10/20-10/28

Day 3 (10/22) - Back to the same pumpkin patch

Aunt Sarah Comes to Town 10/20-10/28

Carl's sister, Sarah, came to town to visit and we couldn't have been happier. It's been almost a year since we have seen her and she had not been to our new(er) house yet. It was kind of a last minute trip and our schedules were already set so it was a far from a "kick back and relax time"...we fit SO much into the time she was here.

Day 1 (10/20) - Pick Sarah up in Detroit around 9:40am
Quick stop at REI and then off to lunch at Bahama Breeze.
Playing outside while mom feeds Ezra
The coconut onion rings are TO DIE FOR!

Ellie playing in her kitchen with the funniest expression...who knows what she was doing here...

Carl working away on the computer when he got home from work

Trying on her dinosaur sandals from Grandma

Ezra hangin' out in his bouncer

Pumpkin Patch - Take 1

On October 17th Ellie, Ezra and I loaded up our warm weather gear and hit the pumpkin patch with our good friends, Rachel & Carson and Andrea & Maddy. The kids had a blast and we enjoyed picking out pumpkins and eating fresh donuts and cider slushes.

October Part 2

Somehow all my pictures got out of order for the month...I'll do my best to get them in the right order...ah...frustrating!

Ellie & Ezra photo sessions...

Ellie loves Mickey Mouse...and stickers. Notice how we matched up the stickers with the pictures on her shirt.

Running like the wind through the leaves.

On October 2nd my MOPS table leader from 2008/2009 passed away from a horrible lung disease called LAM. Our MOPS group, in large (over 100 of us), had a fundraising carnival/silent auction to raise money for their family. Here are some pictures of Ellie and Carson enjoying their day.
